*Super trading turn; about 75.000 Dollars won but the funny thing is that the tech bar only filled for 70%

You can only gift them via civdip and then you will still have to wait one turn before you can move them since civdip don't let you move transfer units in the same turn in case they move twice.

where do i get civdip? or did u do it via internetgame?
